FABRICATING NEW METAL SHELL

Rubber shell is the rigid structural component that support the load. It is constructed from high strength materials such as carbon steel, stainless steel, alloy tool steel  or aluminium alloys 

ROLL COATING

It is widely used method where the roller core is rotated while feeding calendered rubber sheets and strips onto it. The rubber sheets wind and wrapped around the core until the desired diameter is achieved. 

GRINDING

This process smoothens the surface of the rubber covered by removing protruding parts and levelling overlapped strips. This is done by rolling the rubber roller against an abrasive wheel, typically in some kind of turning lathe.

CROWNING

It sis an optional process that shapes the roller to have varying diameters along its length. This creates a tapered ,  convex  or concave shapes which allows a slight deflection when pressed against a load.

GROOVING 

It is a creation of specially designed depressed and elevated regions on the surface of the rollers to increase the surface are of the rollers to prevent seepage, to improve heat dissipation and to apply embossing and print patterns.

SHAFT REPAIR

The shaft is the component that connects the entire roller to the motors, sprocket or other drive units. Is is solidly constructed to provide high strength and uniform hardness, design to withstand both bending and torsinol stress.

RUBBER LINING

It is a process that involves applying rubber sheets and strips to the interior and exterior of pipes , tanks and other vessels to protect them from corrosion, abrasion and other damage .
